Leica announced the new D-Lux 2, a camera that bears a lot of similarities to the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX1. The new Leica camera features a 4x optical zoom lens (28-112mm: 35mm equivalent) with optical image stabilization, 8.0 -megapixel resolution image sensor, 14 scene modes, 16:9 High-definition aspect ratio, a large 2.5-inch LCD display with 207,0000 pixels, manual aperture and shutter speed settings, all housed in a stylish aluminum body.
